A free initial walk through and consultation
Providing a customized estimate based on the scope of the project
Creating a realistic completion timeline
Progress invoicing which provides milestone project updates and a pay as you go approach
Post project Cleanup

Prior to finishing the project, our Project Manager will conduct a client walk through; together you will create a “touch-up” list that documents any items which are incomplete or unsatisfactory. Before completing the project, the touch-up crew will go through and take care of every item on the list to your satisfaction. After we complete this process, your 1-year warranty will begin.

The remodeling process is lengthy and requires significant attention to detail. Our goal is to minimize the hardships involved with your home improvement project; FABS will coordinate and supervise every aspect of a renovation project to give you peace of mind.
